Camps
Bluewater State School offers the opportunity for students in years 4 to 6 to attend a camp each year. These camps are linked to the curriculum that students are learning in the classroom. They are not mandatory however, we do encourage students to attend these learning opportunities. The cost of these camps vary and parents are required to pay for their child if they wish for him/her to participate. Payment plans are available if needed, please speak to the office staff about this. Permission forms are also required to be completed for your child/ren to attend an excursion/camp and are provided prior to the event via QParents Consent Management.

Excursions
Throughout the school year various year levels will be provided with the opportunity to attend excursions which are out of the school grounds. All excursions have explicit links to the curriculum. Some of these have a cost involved and parents are required to pay if they would like their child to participate. Payment plans are available if needed, please speak to the office staff. Permission forms are also required to be signed for your child/ren to attend an excursion and will be provided prior to the event for completion and signing. Some examples of excursions include: Reef HQ and Theatre Productions.
